Perhaps with the next release InDesign could make me consider switching but for now it still not refined and feature packed to beat Quark.One of the problems I had was that I was working on a large catalog which has a lots and lots of pictures. Quark 4.1 is begining to show its age but even now its still better then InDesign 1.5I would wait for InDesign 2 and Quark 5 to come out before making any moves. Its feels slow being the bloat ware it is. I tried InDesign 1.5 just a few days ago and its nice but its missing features and it doesnt do anything better then Quark.
